Industrial Flooring

Industrial flooring materials in the coated-fabric family are resilient sheet systems for demanding interiors: PVC flooring sheet and underlayers for factories, workshops, warehouses, and commercial back-of-house areas where concrete fails on dust, hygiene, or fatigue. Sheet formats win over tiles in these environments because seams can be welded, eliminating the joints where dirt, water, and bacteria collect.
What the Material Must Deliver
Three properties dominate. Wear behaviour under traffic — forklifts and steel-wheeled trolleys punish flooring in ways office traffic never will. Chemical resistance to oils, coolants, and cleaning agents, since a floor that swells or stains becomes a maintenance item. And installation behaviour: the sheet must lie flat, weld cleanly, and bond to prepared substrate without telegraphing every imperfection.
Choosing a Specification

Match thickness and wear layer to traffic class rather than buying one grade for the whole plant.
Confirm chemical list compatibility — the actual fluids on that floor, not generic “industrial use”.
Plan welding and coving details at doors, drains, and wall junctions during specification, not on site.
For hygiene-critical areas, agree the cleaning regime and verify the surface tolerates it.

Kezhibo manufactures PVC-based sheet materials on coating lines with the gauge control that seamless flooring installation requires, and our custom manufacturing service handles project-specific widths, thicknesses, and surface textures. ISO 9001 certified production and export logistics across Asia and Europe support both contracting firms and flooring distributors. Tell us the traffic, the chemicals, and the area geometry; we will propose a sheet specification with datasheets and a production quote.
