Industrial Piping

Industrial piping in the polymer and fabric space covers flexible hose, ducting, and lined piping components where coated fabrics and films play the enabling role: ventilation and extraction ducting made from coated fabric, flexible connections and bellows, liner films inside composite pipe, and protective wraps. Rigid pipe moves fluids; fabric components handle the movement, vibration, and access points that rigid systems cannot.
The Fabric Components That Keep Systems Running

Flexible ducting — PVC-coated fabric hose for ventilation, dust extraction, and fume handling; the coating must resist the medium while the fabric resists constant flexing.
Expansion joints and bellows — fabric compensators absorbing thermal movement and vibration between fixed pipe sections.
Flexible connections — short spool pieces at fans, pumps, and equipment interfaces.
Protective wraps and liners — coated sheets shielding pipe exteriors or lining interiors in aggressive service.

Selection Cues
Temperature first: every polymer has a ceiling, and ducting near hot processes needs that check before anything else. Chemical second — fume extraction is only as good as the fabric’s resistance to what it extracts. Flex life third, because ducting that cracks at the bends was underspecified for its movement duty. Fire performance frequently applies in building ventilation, so certified FR material is often mandatory.
Kezhibo produces coated fabrics for ducting, bellows, and piping components on knife-coating lines, with climate- and chemical-tuned formulations available through custom manufacturing. ISO 9001 certified production and exports across Asian and European industrial markets back both standard and project-specific supply. Describe the medium, temperature range, and movement duty; we will match the fabric to the system.
