PVC inflatable boat material
PVC drop-stitch fabric (DWF) for inflatables — paddle boards (SUP), air mattresses, bounce houses, floating docks, rescue rafts. DWF uses thousands of fine polyester threads connecting top and bottom PVC-coated layers, creating a rigid air beam. Welding is exclusively high-frequency (RF) — sewing creates leaks.
