Architectural membrane material
PVC coated polyester tensile membrane fabric for architectural structures — stadium roofs, canopies, skylights, facades, and pedestrian bridges. Industry grades I–V (800–1,550 gsm); higher grades = heavier base fabric = higher load capacity + longer lifespan. PVDF topcoat is standard for outdoor durability (15–20 year, self-cleaning).

Market Compliance & Import Considerations
| Region | Key standard |
| Europe | EN 13501-1 B-s2,d0 (fire, closed/public); DIN 4102 B1 (Germany common); HS 5903.10.90 ≈ 8% |
| USA | NFPA 701 + ASTM E84 FSI≤25 (Class A); CAN/ULC-S109; HS 5903.10.15 = DUTY FREE |
Typical Applications
- Stadium & sports hall roofs (Grade IV–V)
- Commercial corridors & pedestrian bridges (Grade II most popular)
- Canopies at retail, hotels, airports
- Facade cladding (natural daylighting)
- Landscape shade sails & sculptural installations
How to Select the Right Specification
| Light-load temporary | Grade I – 800 gsm |
|---|---|
| Commercial corridor (most common) | Grade II – 900 gsm / PVDF / Anti-wick |
| Medium-span transit hub | Grade III – 1,050 gsm |
| Large-span stadium / facade | Grade IV – 1,300 gsm / Grade V – 1,450 gsm |
| 35+ year landmark | Glass-fiber base (≈ 2× price, 35+ yr) |
| Public building fire | EN 13501-1 B-s2,d0 — FR mixed into PVC compound (not surface-coated), ask for accredited lab reports |

Quality Assurance and Customization
Every Architectural membrane material is produced under ISO 9001-controlled processes and tested to ASTM D751 for tensile, tear, and adhesion performance. Typical properties include a basis weight around Custom g/m² and a Polyester with PVC/PTFE coating construction selected for stable welding and long service life. KeZHiBo offers custom widths, colors, and surface treatments—anti-fungal, anti-static, or FR-rated—with third-party inspection available on request, supporting both OEM volumes and project-specific specifications from prototype to delivery.
